UWM’s Rotational Program offers broad exposure across Marketing, Finance, Operations, and more, with 12 months of immersive rotations. After completion, participants transition to a meaningful role while continuing education and relationship building.

This program requires 100% onsite attendance at the Pontiac office with a start date in early October. You will rotate through 20+ departments, lead projects, receive regular feedback, collaborate across functions, and pursue professional

Responsibilities

• Rotation Assignments across 20+ key departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.).
• Project Management: lead and contribute to departmental projects to meet goals.
• Performance Feedback: participate in evaluations to improve program outcomes.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: work with teams to understand processes and strategies.
• Skill Development: attend trainings and leadership development opportunities.
• Mentorship and Networking: connect with mentors and leaders for guidance.
• Presentation and Reporting: prepare reports and present findings to heads at rotation end.
• Support the Engagement team for company events like the UWM Rally and Kid’s Day.
