Job summary

3D Glass Solutions, Inc. is hiring for a 24‑month Process Engineering Rotational Program at our Albuquerque wafer fab.

You will complete two 12‑month rotations across process modules and then move into a permanent process engineering role based on interest and business needs. As a process engineer, you will own recipes, equipment performance, and yield, solving live production problems with real impact on output, cost, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/science field.
• Coursework or project experience in semiconductor processing.
• Strong statistical and data analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor process steps with SPC and respond to out-of-control events.
• Run DOE studies to optimize recipes for yield, throughput and defect density.
• Investigate excursions and yield loss using root cause methods (8D, 5 Whys).
• Qualify new tools and changes through formal change control.
• Collaborate with equipment, integration and yield teams to keep tools in spec.
• Analyze large manufacturing datasets in JMP, Python and SQL and present findings.
