LANXESS is launching a Rotational Engineer Program based in Pittsburgh, offering a 2-3 year development path with rotations at the Americas headquarters and multiple plants across North America.

Rotational Engineers build core LANXESS engineering skills while delivering compliance and/or continuous improvement projects during rotations, preparing for engineering roles at our manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering required.
• 0-3 years engineering experience; intern/co-op experience in manufacturing or design preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills required.
• Ability to travel and relocate over a period of 2-3 years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 2-3 year rotational program with assignments at the Americas headquarters and multiple manufacturing plants.
• Develop compliance and/or continuous improvement projects during rotations.
