Texas Materials - East Texas Area, a CRH company, is expanding its Operations Leadership Trainee program in Texas. The role begins with a 24–36 month training period across production, safety, quality, and operations, with progression to leadership opportunities as performance warrants.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel as needed for training purposes.

• Experience within the construction, building materials or related industry

Responsibilities

• Trainees will rotate through multiple departments, gaining knowledge of production activities, safety and quality programs, and operations.
• Each trainee will be assigned a mentor to guide their growth and development.
