Job summary

Silvi Materials is seeking a Leadership Development Program Trainee to begin a multi-facetted development path with 3-4 month rotations across our Ready Mix Concrete plants, rock quarry, sand mine, and import terminal. You will receive comprehensive training in management areas to prepare for a future leadership role within the organization.

Qualifications

• A 4-year college degree is required. Degrees in Engineering, Mining, Materials Science, Concrete Manufacturing or Construction highly preferred.
• Willing to obtain company sponsored training including MSHA and/or ACI Level 1 certification.
• Willing to work outdoors, in all weather.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a variety of operations tasks across rotations in Ready Mix, quarry, sand mine, and terminal.
• Support production, inventory, and cost/savings activities.
• Assist in safety, quality control/assurance, and maintenance.
• Participate in dispatch, customer service, and HR duties as needed.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to drive continuous improvement.
