Job summary

Erickson Senior Living seeks an Operations Associate (OA) for the grand opening of Emerson Lakes in Lakewood Ranch, FL. The OA is a one-year, structured program with leadership training, multi-level feedback, and cross-department rotations.

Compensation starts at $50,000 per year plus an annual bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the Erickson Senior Living network.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience or academic leadership required.
• Education may substitute for experience.
• Complete Health Stream courses for Continuing Care rotation.
• Experience with seniors, health care, and/or service delivery.
• Leadership activities in school with proven success.
• Willingness to be flexible with assignments.
• Willingness to travel.
• Willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute learning objectives for each rotation.
• Complete structured learning and on-the-job follow-up.
• Lead roles in each rotation and prepare reports.
• Create an individual career path with OA Coordinator.
• Attend quarterly peer team calls with Senior HR Managers.
