Nanny Poppins Agency is seeking a seasoned Full-Time Rotational Nanny in San Francisco, CA to care for two young children on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation. The role requires live-in housing during your rotation and a warm, dependable approach in a walkable neighborhood across from a park.

The family emphasizes routine, safety, and hands-on development, with strong communication across the care team and parents. Local candidates only; West Coast travel is expected for rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of professional nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
• Experience with rotational scheduling is strongly preferred.
• Ability to maintain routines and communicate clearly with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time, attentive care for a 1-year-old and a nearly 3-year-old during on-rotation weeks.
• Keep daily routines in place for naps, meals, play, and bath time.
• Plan age-appropriate activities that support early development, language, and social skills.
• Help with toddler milestones, including potty training readiness.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Do child-related light housekeeping, including children’s laundry, tidying play areas, and sanitizing bottles and toys.
• Communicate clearly with the parents and the rotating nanny for smooth handoffs between rotations.
• Keep a daily log or other updates so care stays consistent.
• Be flexible to cover an occasional evening or night when needed.
