Job summary

Lily Pond Services LLC seeks an exceptional Rotational Nanny to join a warm San Francisco family. The role supports three school-aged children, works with a co-nanny, and features a true one-week-on/one-week-off rotation with both live-in and live-out options.

You will travel with the family to Kauai, Montana and Lake Tahoe, manage routines, homework, meals, and safety, and collaborate closely with parents and staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional nanny experience with children ages 3–9.
• Rotational experience and comfort with extensive travel strongly preferred.
• College degree preferred; early childhood education or related field is a plus.
• Strong swimmer; clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Flexibility for travel and housing arrangements during rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for three children.
• Support routines, homework, reading, and independence building.
• Manage daily schedules: mornings, school drop-offs/pick-ups, meals, bedtime.
• Keep spaces tidy and manage child-related laundry.
• Collaborate with parents, co-nanny and household staff.
• Travel domestically and occasionally internationally with the family.
• Prioritize safety, consistency and a joyful environment.
