A San Francisco family represented by Home Work Staffing seeks a Full-Time Rotational Nanny for two children, ages 1 and almost 3. You will live in during your two-week rotation, with your own bedroom, care for two weeks on, two weeks off, and travel between rotations from the West Coast.

Responsibilities include routine care, outdoor activity, and wholistic child development. Requirements include 3+ years of nanny experience with infants/toddlers, CPR/First Aid, strong boundaries, and reliable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
• Rotational schedule experience is strongly preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications must be current.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care for a 1-year-old and a nearly 3-year-old during on-rotation weeks.
• Maintain daily routines for naps, meals, play, and bath time.
• Plan age-appropriate activities supporting early development and outdoor play.
• Assist toddler milestones including potty training readiness.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Light child-related housekeeping and sanitizing toys.
• Communicate clearly with parents for smooth handoffs and updates.
• Maintain a daily log to keep care consistent.
• Be flexible to cover occasional evenings or nights.

Full-Time Rotational Nanny – San Francisco, CA
A San Francisco family is looking for an experienced, nurturing Full-Time Rotational Nanny to join their established childcare team. You'll care for two young children, a 1-year-old and a son who is almost 3, on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, alternating with another dedicated nanny. During your rotation you'll live in the home and have your own bedroom. The family lives in a walkable neighborhood across from a park, so days include plenty of outdoor play. They want someone warm and dependable who keeps the children's routines consistent, works well with the rest of the care team, and keeps good professional boundaries. They also want a self-starter who can take ownership of the role. West Coast candidates are strongly preferred so travel between rotations stays easy.
