Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
• Must read and follow written instructions and production docs.
• Basic mechanical skills with hand/power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good math skills and measurement ability.
• Comfort with computers and manufacturing software.
• Excellent teamwork and communication across shifts.
• Reliable attendance and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines and related equipment.
• Set up molds, perform mold changes, and load/unload molds.
• Monitor machine settings to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot quality and process issues and adjust accordingly.
• Follow PSRs, instructions, and procedures to meet specs.
• Perform start-up, shutdown, and routine production tasks.
• Inspect molded products and resolve defects with the team.
• Complete production records and documentation.
• Assist in training and supporting teammates; promote safety.
