You will operate rotational molding machines, set up molds, monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production records while supporting a safety-first, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and production documents.

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and adjust processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operate rotational molding machines and related equipment.
• Set up molds, perform mold changes, load/unload molds safely.
• Monitor machine settings and production to ensure quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and adjust processes to meet specs.
• Follow PSRs, work instructions, and quality procedures.
• Complete production records accurately.
• Assist in training teammates and promote teamwork.
• Lead by example in safety and communication.
