The Step2 Company LLC is hiring an Entry Level Machine Operator to run molding equipment for plastic parts in a 12-hour shift environment. Day shifts pay $21 per hour; night shifts pay $21 with a $1 differential. The role includes startup, operation, basic troubleshooting, and training others.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role operating the molding machine to form plastic parts.
• Must regularly lift 10 lbs., frequently lift up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Trains helpers on proper adjustments and mold set-ups.

Responsibilities

• Machine start-up, operating and shut-down procedures.
• Basic machine troubleshooting as needed.
• Adjustments and color powder handling per procedure.
• Maintain housekeeping around the machine area.
