Job summary

Cintas offers a Management Trainee program designed to launch your career through hands-on rotations in Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office, and Service Management. You will work with experienced managers to learn about operations and leadership paths, with development from executive leadership seminars and divisional summits.

Qualified candidates should be prepared for regional relocation during or after the program and must meet the DOT requirements for driving a heavy vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or in progress within six months.
• Active driver's license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification and provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments to learn leadership from a broad perspective.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on projects related to sales management and operations.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and leadership seminars.
