Carrier Enterprise is seeking a recent graduate for its New Graduate Rotational Program 2026/2027 in the Houston area. The Management Trainee role offers cross-functional exposure across sales, distribution, warehouse, and finance, with a path to leadership in various functions.

Participants will gain hands-on experience, product knowledge, and customer service excellence while preparing for future roles in sales, operations, or business support.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated within two years of obtaining a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution in a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, tenacious and enthusiastic.
• Willingness to travel during training and relocate upon completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month cross-functional rotational program across sales, distribution, warehouse, finance, marketing, and other business units.
• Develop product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive, people-first culture.
• Explore future roles in sales, branch operations, or other business functions.
