Education: a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Experience: prior customer service or retail is welcome but not required. No experience required—strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are valued; interviews are happening now.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staff scheduling, interviewing candidates, and coaching team members.
• Track sales metrics, evaluate market trends, and review competitor activities.
