Allegheny Health Network seeks an LPN to support direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with procedures, prepare patients and equipment, document assessments, and help with diagnostic coordination.

Successful candidates will have an LPN license, EPIC experience, and the ability to perform routine nursing duties and vital tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Required LPN licensure (or current multi-state eNLC licensure).
• Knowledge of EPIC documentation and assessment process.
• Experience with basic nursing tasks and patient care.

Responsabilités

• Performs general nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Assists with equipment prep and supports clinical providers during procedures.
• Collects data, prepares patient for exams, and documents in patient records.
• Gathers diagnostics and communicates changes to the care team.
• Schedules procedures and assists with medications and specimen collection.
• Other duties as assigned.
