Job summary
Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Management Trainee for a 24-week program designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on exposure to all areas of our operations and a clear path to leadership. You will relocate to a service center as needed and rotate through 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Through the program you will learn the LTL industry, gain experience in operations, and develop leadership skills to prepare for a future management position within the company.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
