Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is inviting recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates to join its Management Trainee Program. This 24-week hands-on experience places you on a path toward leadership within our operations, culture, and the transportation industry.

You will rotate through shifts and relocate to any Service Center as needed, gaining exposure to all areas of our business and the opportunity for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Learn the LTL Industry.
• Gain experience in the Operation.
• Develop Leadership skills.
