Job summary

Cintas Corporation is launching a Management Trainee program in North Jackson, OH to build leadership skills through hands-on rotations across departments. The role includes exposure to Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office and Service Management as preparation for advancement.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree within six months and meet DOT driving requirements. Regional relocation may be needed. Competitive benefits and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
• Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required, must be at least 21 years of age, obtain DOT medical certification, and provide documentation of previous employment.
• Preferred: Co-op or internship experience in a Customer Service, Sales, Production or Administrative role.
• A business or related academic major and demonstrated leadership/management involvement are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments, gaining leadership view of the business.
• Engage in outside sales to promote products/services and build customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with leaders on projects related to sales management and operations.
• Participate in professional development through Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
