Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through multiple roles in our plant, including Soil and Clean Operations. You will learn to operate equipment and support the loading of linens to hospitals.

This position requires willingness to rotate between jobs, strong teamwork, and adherence to safety and quality standards; training is fast (2–5 days learning curves) and assignments depend on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Employees must be willing to move between all jobs via rotation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through various positions within Soil and Clean Production areas as needed to support production.
• Learn and operate production equipment safely to handle linen processing from receiving to loading for delivery.
• Perform duties across Soil Operations and Clean Operations with adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Support other duties as assigned and be prepared to rotate to different stations as production needs change.
