Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through various roles in the plant, including Soil and Clean production areas. The role supports receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and loading linens for hospitals and medical facilities.

Employees will learn equipment and rotate as needed, with emphasis on meeting production needs while maintaining quality and safety standards across all duties.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Willing to rotate between all jobs as needed.
• Able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Basic computer knowledge is beneficial for Shipping Clerk tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sort returned soil linens into classifications for washing.
• Rotate between Soil and Clean operations to support production needs.
• Move and manage carts, ensuring they are cleaned, sterilized and ready for loading.
• Operate catching, folding and ironing processes with attention to quality and safety.
• Assist Shipping Clerk tasks including weighing carts and recording information.
• Adhere to quality standards and safety procedures across all stations.
• Rotate through positions as needed to meet production demands.
