Job summary

Citi in Tampa, Florida is seeking high-potential graduates for its Internal Audit Analyst Program, a 24‑month rotational leadership track designed to develop future leaders through hands-on audit exposure.

You will rotate across core audit areas, participate in end-to-end engagements, assess controls, analyze data, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and present findings to leadership. Strong academics and U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred.
• Graduating with a Bachelor's degree or a dual Bachelor's and Master's between December 2026 and June 2027.
• You will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across core audit areas (e.g. Finance, Markets & Services, Tech, Business Enablement & AI, Legal, Compliance & Risk, etc.).
• Assist with end-to-end audit engagements: planning, fieldwork, testing, and reporting.
• Complete audit workpapers, including assessing the design and operational effectiveness of key controls.
• Analyze data and business trends to identify emerging risk patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Deliver presentations and summaries of audit results to business partners and leadership.
• Participate in ongoing learning and development sessions throughout the program.
