Job summary

Insperity invites you to join a Rotational Human Resource Intern program designed to expose you to Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruiting, Compensation and Payroll administration. You will work on assignments that reflect Insperity’s current business needs, learn through hands-on projects, and develop practical HR skills alongside experienced professionals.

Strong candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with a GPA of 3.25+, and possess teamwork, problem solving and communication

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required; actively pursuing or has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
GPA of 3.25 or higher preferred.
Effective problem solving/decision making skills.
Basic presentation skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, CRM software, and ability to learn other applications.

Responsibilities

Rotational program across HR teams including Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruiting and Payroll.
Engage in projects relevant to Insperity’s business needs and opportunities.
Support data collection, policy development, and program administration.
Assist with performance management and compensation-related tasks.
Attend events to connect interns with associates across functions and provide feedback.
