Job summary

Insperity seeks a Rotational Human Resource Intern to work across Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruiting and Payroll teams. You will engage in hands-on projects, learn HR processes, and contribute to department objectives under rotation management.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and current pursuit of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or HR, with strong problem solving and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Actively pursuing or has obtained a Bachelor's Degree is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• GPA of 3.25 or higher preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Learns through completion of work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge to meet deadlines and support projects.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with others to solve business problems and support priorities.
• Provides progress updates and communicates information to mentors and team members.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and escalates issues or risks as appropriate.
• Attends events to connect interns across functional areas and gains exposure to HR disciplines.
