• Recent college graduates with limited work experience (<4 years) invited to apply for a rotation program.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of the work area to learn and provide value to the team.
• Act as Engineering liaison between customer teams and internal manufacturing groups.
• Develop projects that meet customer requirements and help win new business.
• Lead development projects with Product Design & CAE teams.
• Oversee prototype builds and ensure part quality at Shape facilities.
• Support APQP and VA/VE activities within the program.
• Collaborate across Shape core manufacturing processes and launch methodologies.
