Job summary

Insperity invites data analytics interns to engage in varied projects, gaining hands-on experience through structured assignments and mentorship.

You will learn planning and execution, collaborate with ITS, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and GPO teams, and contribute to enterprise insights. This program emphasizes development, feedback, and real-world business impact.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Actively pursuing or has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Science or a related field is preferred.
• GPA of 3.25 or higher preferred.
• Effective problem solving/decision making skills.
• Proven skills in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and data analysis.
• Ability to effectively convey information derived from data sets to all levels of stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of database programs, data manipulations and customized report development.
• Functional understanding of data analysis concepts associated with unstructured data.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, experience using CRM software, and demonstrated ability to learn other application programs as needed.
