Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business-related field required.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships across levels and departments.
• Flexible, pragmatic, able to adjust priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong ethics, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• High interpersonal skills, mature judgment, and independent thinking.
• Strong attention to detail for accuracy and consistency.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% based on business need.
• Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotate within functional areas to explore corporate compliance and risk management.
• Support third-party risk management, due diligence, issue escalation, and compliance tools.
• Assist with Code of Ethics training, regulatory analysis, and policy programs.
• Support regulatory monitoring in product compliance, EH&S, and sustainability.
• Assist with global trade regulatory monitoring and analytics.
• Support ERM processes including risk identification and monitoring.
• Assist with insurance review, claims analytics, and contract compliance.
