American Sugar Refining, Inc. (ASR Group) invites high-potential candidates to join the Commercial Development Program (CDP). Participants will rotate through three core commercial areas over three years, tackling high-impact projects with senior leadership guidance.

The program builds foundational business knowledge while fostering cross-functional networks across ASR. Rotations may include Financial Planning & Analysis, Sustainability, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Corporate Development,

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience.
• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Analytical with strong business acumen and presentational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Join a separate ASR team each year for rotations in Financial Planning & Analysis, Sustainability, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Corporate Development, and Global Sugars Group.
• Engage in high-impact, high-visibility assignments that drive real value for ASR.
• Develop foundational business knowledge while building cross-functional relationships.
• Gain experience in industry research, financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic transactions.
