Job summary

IYC is seeking a Rotational Chief Officer for a 45-meter motor yacht with a worldwide itinerary. Start within the next two weeks. The candidate will be a hands-on, active officer who sails and participates in all deck operations.

The ideal applicant has II/2 certification and B1/B2 visas, strong leadership, and the ability to lead and motivate a crew. Crewing support is provided and meals are offered onboard as part of crew benefits.
