Northrop & Johnson seeks a Chief Stewardess and First Officer team for a 50m yacht based in Fort Lauderdale. The role operates on a 10 weeks on / 10 weeks off rotation, delivering luxury interior service to private and charter guests with a team of 11 onboard.

Ideal candidates have proven teamwork, leadership, and strong hospitality experience on large yachts, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to train junior crew.

Qualifications

• Must have experience on large yachts and run a professional interior team.
• Strong admin and logistics skills are required.
• Willingness to commit long term and train junior crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and train junior crew in areas they wish to grow.
• Oversee interior team of 4 on a 50m vessel and maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the Chief Officer and guest service throughout rotations.
