Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required by Summer 2027.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior work or internship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to business services departments during rotation.
• Participate in general business skills training and department trainings.
• Shadow department members to gain exposure to day-to-day tasks.
• Provide support relevant to the department; assist with tasks.
• Complete projects to develop relevant skills.
• Provide high level of customer service to internal and external clients.
• Utilize Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access to file and track records.
• Collaborate with other Business Services Trainees on projects.
• Promote effective work practices and teamwork.
• Protect confidential information.
