This on-site role offers a rotational training program across multiple business services departments, with potential hybrid flexibility. A bachelor’s degree by Summer 2027 is required, and the firm asks for a two-year commitment after training.

The position pays $60,000 per year, and sponsorship is not available. The program begins Summer 2027 and requires strong customer service and initiative.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree by Summer 2027 required.
• Prior work or internship experience preferred.
• Administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to business services departments, including during rotations.
• Participate in general and department trainings led by managers or team members.
• Support assigned department tasks and assist colleagues on the team.
• Complete projects to develop department-specific knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients while delivering high-level customer service.
• Protect highly sensitive, confidential information handled by the firm.
