Qualifications

• Right to work in the United States; not based solely on student visa or third-party sponsorship.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field; graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Willing and able to relocate.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12–18 month training program across core functions: Strategic Pricing, Supply Chain, Commodity Merchandising, Feed Formulation, Sourcing, Strategic Marketing and Technology, or Data and Business Analytics.
• Learn and apply strategic and tactical business concepts within Cargill Animal Nutrition.
• Be evaluated on technical skills, business acumen and leadership potential; progress into core function roles.
• Support learning across multiple functional areas and contribute to business projects.
• Collaborate with teams to develop practical solutions and drive business impact.
• Engage in a culture that values inclusion, diversity and performance.
