• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Build fluency across the Money and Growth org by rotating through roughly 5 distinct team assignments, each with stakeholders and strategic priorities.
• Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities and optimize outcomes.
• Structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems across product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance teams to execute key strategic initiatives and monitor program efficacy.
• Develop analytical models, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to inform leadership decision-making.
