Santander invites outstanding undergraduates to join the 2027 Commercial Full-Time Rotational Analyst Program in Boston. This 24-month program combines four weeks of role-specific training with practical experience across Commercial Banking, CRE, Credit Risk, and Treasury Management.

Participants gain exposure to diverse geographies, develop leadership capabilities, and build client service excellence. Graduation is expected May/June 2027; Boston-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in a four-year program with an anticipated graduation date of May/June 2027.
• GPA of 3.5 or above expected.
• Concentration in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Highly motivated and results oriented; strong communication and leadership potential.

Responsabilités

• Support rotational assignments across Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Credit Risk, and Treasury Management.
• Participate in training and hands-on rotational experiences during the 24-month program.
• Develop technical and interpersonal skills through structured training and mentoring.
