ATI is seeking a Rotational Process Control and Automation Engineer to join our Western Pennsylvania facilities for a comprehensive three-year program. You will gain exposure across operations, focusing on automation system architecture, commissioning, and improvement.

You will design and maintain SCADA/HMIs, work on safety and cost-reduction projects, and collaborate with engineering and shop-floor teams to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or similar field.
• Experience with computer-based automation, control networks, security, and reliability is preferred.
• Familiarity with interfaces to PLC, MES, and business systems is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead/participate in design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and evaluation of automation systems.
• Plan projects including scheduling, resources and budget for automation systems.
• Oversee workflow and coordinate internal/external resources to meet quality and budget targets.
• Develop, deploy, test and maintain SCADA to ensure functionality and monitor systems.
• Design, program, install and modify HMIs.
• Document functional requirements and system designs.
• Participate in safety programs and capital projects as needed.
• Collaborate with shop floor and staff to address issues and drive improvements.
