Referment is offering a 12-month Rotational Associates Program for graduates and professionals from diverse disciplines. Associates rotate through three departments, gaining exposure to investment and operations, while developing financial modelling, project management, and research skills with coaching from experienced colleagues.

The program targets strong critical thinkers who can learn quickly and apply analytical perspectives to unfamiliar problems, with no prior finance experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Excellent critical-thinking skills and a highly analytical approach.
• Intellectual curiosity, creativity and a genuine interest in finance.
• Ability to research complex subjects, form sound judgements and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Strong appetite for learning and working outside existing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Complete three departmental rotations over 12 months and contribute to substantive projects in each area.
• Evaluate investment opportunities using structured quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Research industries, companies and emerging technologies to support investment or strategic decisions.
• Assess potential new business opportunities and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Build practical capability in financial modelling, project management and research.
• Collaborate with colleagues from varied academic and professional backgrounds.
