Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in real estate.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to temporarily relocate for the Property Operations rotation (housing provided).
