Monarch Investment & Management Group invites ambitious analysts to join its Rotational Analyst Program, offering hands-on exposure to operations, accounting, corporate services, marketing and project/asset management. You will learn the multifamily real estate business from the inside out alongside experienced leaders.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, 1–3 years of real estate experience, strong Excel skills, and a willingness to relocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience (internships considered) with emphasis in real estate.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to temporarily relocate during the Property Operations rotation (housing provided).
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in multifamily real estate.
• Salary range: $62,000–$67,000 annually DOE.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Rotational Analyst Program across Property Operations, Accounting, Corporate Services, Marketing and Project/Asset Management.
• Gain hands-on exposure to the operational, financial, and strategic aspects of apartment ownership and management.
• Build relationships with leaders across the organization and develop a well-rounded foundation in multifamily real estate.
