Pro Resources Inc. is hiring for production roles at a Plymouth, Indiana facility. The positions involve working on production lines, bagging, boxing rolls of bubble wrap, and supporting the operator in a fast-paced environment.

The role features a rotating schedule: 2 ½ days on, 2 ½ days off, with a 6-hour shift on Wednesdays and every other weekend off. Candidates should be able to lift 75+ lbs, stand long hours, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must lift 75+ lbs continuously for up to 12 hours.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Rotating schedule availability.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts including Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

• Bag/box rolls of bubble wrap.
• Put finished goods away.
• Assist the operator and other production lines.
• Assist in production line operations.
• Grind scrap material for reuse or disposal.
• Support quality checks to meet specifications.
• Bag and place product in designated warehouse areas.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Be flexible to move to different lines as needed.
