Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Production & Warehouse Associate for Middlebury, IN. Join a hands-on team on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift to operate machinery, assist with setup, and support packing, labeling and inventory tasks. Forklift/crane training is provided if needed, with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities include moving materials, inspecting quality, building wood skids with nail guns and saws, and keeping work areas organized. Physical work up to 50 lbs required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to learn and work in both production and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and assist with basic machine setup.
• Perform general warehouse duties including packaging, labeling, and inventory tracking.
• Use tools to build wood skids (nail gun, saws, tape measure).
• Operate a forklift (training provided if needed).
• Operate a Crane (training provided if needed).
• Inspect materials for quality and damage.
• Move and distribute products to different departments.
