Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. is hiring for hourly production roles in the Siloam Springs area. Positions involve standing on a conveyor, packing, weighing, inspecting and rotating through packing, scaling, styling and grading tasks to maintain line speeds.

Qualifications

• Competencies: Communication skills & decision quality, ability to communicate with others and leadership.
• Industry experience: Preference for poultry or food processing.
• Physical readiness to perform required manual tasks in a cold, dirty production environment.

Responsibilities

• Work on a moving conveyor belt, spreading or styling product by hand.
• Pack, weigh and inspect products; remove items not meeting standards.
• Rotate through packer, scaler, styler and grader as needed to maintain line speeds.
