To be successful in this role, you will have:

High School Diploma / GED

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or industrial environment

Ability and willingness to lift, pull, or push 40+ pounds

Ability and willingness to work any shift, including weekends

Ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, and push

Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Desired Characteristics:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage various duties

Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret schedules, safety rules, operating instructions, and technical drawings

Sound judgment and ability to make corrections when issues arise

Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety practices

Understanding of rotating machinery installations and alignment
