Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Mechanic in the Pasadena, TX area to disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps, gearboxes, blowers, and turbines. The role requires strong mechanical knowledge, safety focus, and detailed documentation.

Responsibilities include performing unit disassembly and inspection, following OEM specs, and preparing inspection and repair reports.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• NCCER Millwright certification required.
• 5–10 years of mechanic experience on rotating equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and repair documentation.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble pumps, gearboxes, blowers, compressors, and turbines.
• Perform unit disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and data collection for repair proposals.
• Complete maintenance and repairs per OEM specs and customer requirements.
• Prepare service docs, inspection reports, and final repair reports.
• Document failure modes and “as received” conditions; provide repair recommendations.
