Job summary

Westlake Management Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Millwright to support preventative maintenance and overhaul repair of rotating equipment in our operations unit.

You will analyze machine conditions, perform quality repairs on pumps, compressors and related machinery, and maintain documentation in CMMS. The role requires a formal millwright training program completion and at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, with strong safety practices and proficiency in precision

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal millwright training program is required.
• Millwright certification is required.
• Minimum of five years in industrial/chemical plant maintenance focusing on rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates strong safety culture and adheres to EH&S rules.
• Provide quality repairs for centrifugal and reciprocal pumps, compressors and other rotating equipment.
• Set up, maintain and revise documentation for rotating equipment in CMMS.
• Assist in planning and scheduling equipment PMs and repairs.
• Review and recommend spare parts and equipment specifications changes.
• Write assembly and testing procedure excerpts from equipment manuals.
• Participate in training of company and contractor technicians.
• Other duties as assigned.
