Job summary

Conhagen is seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Mechanic to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild industrial equipment such as pumps, turbines, and compressors. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience with rotating equipment, and a commitment to safe, high-quality repairs in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience, be able to read blueprints and specifications, and work under safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical repair/rotating equipment experience.
• Able to read blueprints and technical documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, disassemble, troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble rotating equipment.
• Perform repairs and rebuilds on pumps, turbines, compressors, motors, gearboxes, blowers, and related equipment.
• Identify wear, damage, and failure causes through inspection and troubleshooting.
• Perform precision measurements, inspections, alignment checks, and mechanical evaluations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, manuals, and technical specifications.
• Document inspection findings, repair activities, and equipment conditions.
• Collaborate with mechanics, machinists, engineers, supervisors, and customers to complete repair projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
