Caterpillar Inc. in the United States (DeSoto, TX) is seeking an assembler to join a manufacturing team focused on Solar’s rotating components. You will follow standard work instructions, engineering drawings, and shop practices to assemble parts safely and efficiently, both independently and with teammates.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, precision measuring skills, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Onsite five days a week; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Willingness to learn operations across SB Rotating LWC value stream.

• Assemble rotating components following standard work, drawings, and shop practices.
• Operate shop equipment and measuring devices with safety and accuracy.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineering to resolve issues and ensure quality.
• Maintain records, material routing, and documentation per QMS.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives in the workspace.
