Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on mechanical/turbo machinery experience.
• 2+ years Gas Turbine experience.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Willing to change shifts and job assignments to meet production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform operations for assembly or disassembly of Solar’s All of Solar 0 product lines per standards for safety, quality, velocity, and cost.
• Work from standard work instructions, engineering drawings, oral instructions, and shop practices.
• Recognize need for Engineering support when procedures fail or quality is questioned.
• Maintain training binder and records and ensure proper documentation of work.
• Use precision measuring instruments and shop equipment to support overhaul processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and support 5S discipline.
