Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree required with 10+ years of rotary-wing maintenance experience.
• Strong data-analysis skills with the ability to interpret aircraft health, reliability, and readiness data.
• Experience with CBM+/HUMS and related maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze rotary wing maintenance, reliability, readiness, and HUMS/IVHMS data.
• Apply CBM+, RCM, and predictive maintenance principles.
• Create dashboards, reports, and briefings for maintainers, engineers, and leadership.
• Support investigations into component failures and vibration issues; identify fleet-level trends and actions.
