QTEC Aerospace is seeking an experienced Rotary-Wing Aviation Maintainer with data-analysis skills to support CBM+ and HUMS efforts for military aircraft. The role combines hands-on maintenance expertise with interpretation of health and readiness data to drive actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate is a former senior military aviation maintainer or maintenance manager who understands flight-line realities and fleet-level impacts, and can turn data into clear insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university with at least 10 years of maintenance experience.
• Significant military rotary wing aviation maintenance experience.
• Experience evaluating readiness across multiple aircraft or fleet level organizations.
• Familiarity with CBM+/HUMS data and health monitoring concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze rotary wing maintenance, reliability, readiness, and HUMS/IVHMS data.
• Apply CBM+, RCM, and predictive maintenance principles.
• Use Python, MATLAB, SQL, and Excel to trend and visualize data.
• Correlate HUMS data with maintenance history and operational usage.
• Create dashboards, reports, and briefings for maintainers and leadership.
